“Over the past few months, we have seen several increases from our PTFE suppliers, 100% over the last 12 months alone. Dupont again increased our cost for PTFE resin by 15%. Unfortunately with all the other raw material increases, and the limited supply of PTFE resin, we found it necessary to raise our prices. That is why the price increase was implemented January 16th.

Valves – 5%

News from Ultra Clean
Beginning this month, they will be offering same-day shipping service for customers who prefer FedEx services.
NAHAD Trends
2012 Outlook - full year outlook is for a 10% sales increase which was forecasted by 98% of the NAHAD survey responders. 18 of the 24 industries are expected to grow with
household appliances, pharmaceutical & medicine, and public construction are forecasted to decline. Aluminum, paper and HVAC are forecasted to be flat.
News from Federal Process
Canadian FedEx Ground is charging us a fee when we use their services for FedEx Ground Collect shipments. Effective January 1, 2012 should a customer request a shipment to be sent via FedEx Ground there will be a $7.00(USD) charge added to their invoice for this type of service. When customers place an order & request this type of service, Sharon will give them the option of either using a different carrier and/or advising them of the fee.
